We give support to decrease the costs of activity through optimization of fuel and energy management.
We carry out specialist measurements of energetic machines and devices in connection with their modernization, optimization or following legal constraints.

Energy-related audits

Boilers and furnaces

  • Specialized measurements of high temperatures, up to 1200°C, with the use of suction pyrometers (High Velocity Thermocouple probes - HVT).
  • Measurements of temperature profile in order to provide the input data to design highly efficient SNCR systems
  • Determining the residence time of combustion gases in a combustion chamber, in order to ensure compliance with environmental standards e.g. required 850°C for 2 sec. during incineration of communal waste.
