MPIRE is a company created by engineers and scientists who have aquired experience and skills while designing, making and measuring industrial and energy – related installations.

Designing, making, operating and upgrading installations, machineries, technological processes or buildings is a constant process stimulated either by implementation of objectives or legal regulations. As every process, it requires costs, time and energy.

Based on our own experience and knowledge we optimize the aforementioned input by giving institutions and other ventures technical support and consultations related to energetics, welding, 3D scanning and AVEVA PDMS and E3D software.

ENERGETICS

Energy used by each process and installation, properly administered brings profits and savings. Experts’ evaluation of energy-related audits, given support in white certificates acquisition, or heat and flow calculations are all performed by former scientists of Silesian University of Technology. The input data applied for calculating as well as information essential for clients is provided by a measuring group majoring in boiler, incinerators, milling installations or fan measurements.

Welding

Correct realization and protection of welded constructions allows to meet deadline, maintain the budget and keep contract terms. Our certified engineers support qualification of the welding technology, the inspectors keep control over the quality of constructional materials supplied, verify the correctness of joints by NDT non-destructive tests , and estimate the quality of anti-corrosive coatings.

3D SCANNING

3D Scanning accelerates and decreases the costs of each process of designing in 3D environment. We do scanning and provide the point clouds of objects in the selected CAD formats, 2D raster graphic and photographic documentation. Moreover, by means of laser scanners we support companies, dealing with exploring and storing aggregate as well as reaching the geodesy territory, for which we also do measuring work of mining excavations and the volume of slag heaps.

PDMS AND E3D SUPPORT

We also provide extended technical support for AVEVA PDMS and E3D designing software covering the scope of project administration, building catalogues and specifications, macros creating and implementing new tools and solutions. We give assistance in applying software to those users for whom service outsourcing constitutes the only possibility to utilize the AVEVA products.
